Esprinto is a international personalized printing company where you have the possibility to order products online. Esprinto is the website to design personalized business cards and other products. We are constantly trying to make the process as user friendly as possible and therefore we also provide full service support. By providing a simple and easy way to design your business cards and using high quality paper for printing we ensure your personalized products look perfect. Esprinto is based in the Netherlands Antilles and The Netherlands. What quality and service does Esprinto offer?
Esprinto represents quality and that shows in our products. Your design is printed full color on solid paper (300gr) and shipped to you in a nice package. This package also provides protection so that your product does not get damaged when underway. If you are not satisfied with your products when you receive them at home, please contact our helpdesk. How can I contact Esprinto?
You can contact our helpdesk by sending an email to our helpdesk. We strive to answer your email within one working day. If for some instance it takes us longer to answer your email within a day, due to for example busyness, we ask for your understanding for this situation. To stay updated on new developments and offers by Esprinto you can subscribe to our newsletter. You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address on our homepage. Designs How do I start designing?
You can start designing your own business cards by clicking "start making business cards" on our homepage. You will be taken to our edit-tool, where you can start designing. There are two ways to design your own business cards. You can design the business cards from scratch, or you can choose one of the nice designs we have created especially for you. After you have found a design that you like you can also change this design to your personal likings! Can I upload my own pictures?
Yes, you can. You can upload a picture to both sides of your business card. You can even alter the picture on the business card after you have uploaded it using our edit-tool. The files you can upload must be in jpg format and the file size cannot exceed 2 megabyte. If you would like to edit the pictures we recommend you do this in a picture editing program like Adobe Photoshop. It is not possible to edit the pictures once they are uploaded. What resolution do the uploaded pictures have to be?
For best results we advise you to save your document at 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the final print sizes (full document). Can I change the size of my picture after uploading?
Yes, this is possible. You can change the size of the picture using our edit-tool. How do I design a business card?
After you’ve clicked "start making your business cards" on our homepage you will be taken to our edit-tool. You can do a lot of stuff here to design your own business cards.
1. You can enter text in the forms, which will show up on the preview of the business card. You can then change the color, the alignment, the size and the font of the text.
2. You can select a background color for your business card. Please note: you can always choose a background color, but if you select a design which fills the screen, the background color will not show.
3. You can select a design for your business card. Designers have made designs that you can use to design your business cards. If you have selected a design you can still make changes to this design after you"ve selected it, like text color and background color.
4. You can upload a picture for the front side of your business card. After you have uploaded your picture, you can position it on your business card, rotate it and change it"s size. After you have personalized the front side of your business card you can continue with the back side. It is possible to repeat the same steps as stated above for the back side. After you have personalized the back side you can enter the desired number of business cards and proceed to the check-out page. What is the edit-tool?
The edit-tool is a software-component developed by Esprinto with which you can personalize your business cards. You can enter text, personalize this text, select a background color, upload a picture and alter it and select a template for your business card with the edit-tool. How do I change the fonts, the colors and the background?
You can change various components of your business cards very easily using our edit-tool. Next to the text forms you will find our text-editing option. To the right of your preview you can find our designs that you can select for your business card. You can also change the background color and upload a picture in the next steps of our edit-tool. How do I change the back side of my business card?
Personalizing the back side of your business cards is exactly the same as personalizing the front side. The pages almost match, except for a different menu, and you can use the same functions of our edit-tool. How do I save my design?
You can save your design if you have an account at Esprinto. An account will be created when you save a design or order a design. You can click the "save" button while in the edit process to create an account. Can I save anything without an account?
No, at this moment we regret to say that this is not possible. You must be logged in to be able to save a design. How long will my designs stay saved?
Your saved designs will never be removed by Esprinto. You can save these as long as you wish. Can I delete my designs?
Yes, this is possible. You can delete your designs in your personal account page. How do I upload a complete design?
If you have designed your own business cards it is possible to upload this to Esprinto. Please check securely that your document meets the specifications Esprinto requires. These specifications are stated here. If you have read these specifications you can go here to upload your own personal design. How do I use my design for other people in my company?
You can do this in various ways. You can create your own design in a graphic design program like Adobe Photoshop containing the contact details for a colleague. You can also design a design for the background of your business cards and upload this to Esprinto. After uploading you can enter the contact details for any person on the card using our edit-tool. Thirdly you can create a new design with a previously used design while saving the old design. When you are done with the first design you can press "copy" on the order-page and your current design will be copied into our edit-tool and you can design a new business card for another person in your company. Your previous design will be saved. What kind of paper is my design printed on?
All business cards ordered at Esprinto are printed on high-quality, solid (300gr) paper. Is the quality of the paper sufficient for business cards?
We take care of your professional image by only delivering business cards of very high quality. What is the difference between CMYK and RGB colors?
The abbreviation RGB stands for Red, Green and Blue. RGB is the most used color mode and is mostly used to show colors on monitors (like your tv screen, monitor and LCD display). Red, Green and Blue are "additive" colors. When you mix these three colors together you end up with white. These colors "build" light.
The abbreviation CMYK stands for Cyan (blue), Magenta (pink/purple) and Yellow. The K stands for "Key" and this represents the black color in the CMYK color mode. CMYK is the mostly used color mode in the printing world. CMYK colors, contrary to RGB colors, have the characteristic to form a dark brown/grey color when they are mixed. True black can never be achieved by mixing these colors. This is why a separate channel was added, the K-channel: it is the key to creating true black which is needed often when printing black text or dark shadows in pictures. The letter K was chosen instead of the letter B (of black) to make sure it would not be confused with the B for Blue in the RGB color model.
When CMYK colors are printed on white paper, they take away the light that is reflected on the paper. The human eye then only observes black. This is why CMYK colors are called "subtractive" colors.
Please make sure you design your designs in CMYK colors. These colors are the ones being used by the machines in the printing process. If you design your design in RGB colors it could happen that there is a difference in the colors when printed. How does the printing process work?
All our products are printed via a four color (CMYK) process. We use ultra modern, ink-based printing machines, resulting in unlimited color combinations and optimal print quality. Ordering How can I order business cards?

Yes, you can. You can order your personalized business cards without having to create an account at Esprinto. You are not committed to create an account. Is there a minimum number of cards I have to order?
Yes, the minimum number of business cards you can order at Esprinto is fifty cards. Can I change or remove my order?
To keep our costs low and by that our prices, all of our products are only available for ordering by a fully automatic process through our website. As is stated during the ordering process, your order cannot be changed or removed after being sent. We ask for your understanding concerning this situation. What if I"m not satisfied with my order?
Esprinto stands for quality and we guarantee this concerning our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our helpdesk within 14 days after receiving your order (or expected delivery date). We will help you find a solution for your problem. Esprinto is very concerned about customer satisfaction, but there are a few things we cannot control. Please note that Esprinto is not responsible for:

If you would like to re-order a design, please log on to Esprinto. You can choose to re-order a design on your personal account page. When you have entered all details for your order correctly you may proceed to the payment section of the ordering process. Please fill in your financial details on this page and select the desired payment method. Please follow the instructions shown on your screen for a successful completion of your payment. You will receive with a confirmation of your order and successful payment after your payment is successfully processed. Which payment methods does Esprinto offer?
You can pay at Esprinto using your creditcard (Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express and VISA), ELV, Giropay, Solo, Swift, Carte Bleu and iDeal. Next to these options you can choose a one-time authorization or a bank transfer, depending on your country of residence. At this moment it is not possible to order products on account. Because we would like to keep the costs, and therefore the price, as low as possible, it is only possible for our customers to pay for your merchandise when placing an order. Shipment and delivery How is my order shipped?
All Esprinto products are shipped in a solid packaging to prevent it from being damaged. Your order is shipped with TNT Post. You have the option to choose a courier service to deliver your order, please select the Express-option for this. Please note: delivery of your goods by courier service can take place during any time of the day and requires an autograph for reception, so it is important someone is home at all times. A tip: you can have the package delivered to another address, for instance your work. When will my order be delivered?
If you order your design before 12:00 pm, it will be printed and shipped the same day. See our delivery page for delivery specifications inside and outside Europe. Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

You can save designs here, so that you can access your designs from any computer in the world with an internet connection. You can view your designs and order them from anywhere in the world. Next to this you can re-order already ordered designs and even make changes to it! An account at Esprinto is totally free and without engagement. How do I create an account?
You can create an account when designing your business cards. All you have to do is click "save" when designing your business cards. When you order your business cards the Esprinto website automatically creates an account for you. You don"t have to do anything. We create an account so that your designs are saved and ready for future use. Because we want to keep our costs, and therefore your prices low, an account is only created when you either order a design, or save a design. Is an account without engagement?
An account at Esprinto is totally free and without engagement. Can I change or remove my account?
When you log on to your personal account at Esprinto you can change your details at the overview of your personal information. If you would like to delete your account, please contact use. Please note: when we delete your account, all pictures and designs will be deleted. It is not possible to undo the removal of your account. What does Esprinto do with my details?
Esprinto needs some personal information from you for the delivery and payment process. Esprinto handles this information with great care and we will never distribute your personal information to others. Esprinto would like to keep you updated on new developments and offers per email, but if you do not like to be informed about us you can change this on your personal account page. How do I log in?

Esprinto protects it"s customers by using the highest possible safety precautions. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is supported by most of the modern internet browsers. SSL technology represents the highest level of safety available on the internet. It secures the information being sent across the internet automatically, it checks the identity of the used servers during the transaction by checking certificates and signatures and confirms that the integrity of the content of the message is being kept safe during the transmission.
